The essence of what an individual is trying to achieve with weight loss is take their body through a transformation process. Taking their body from point A to point B; what these points look like is completely different to different people. Trust me nobody eats; “clean and healthy” 100% of the time, everyone slips at times and with no inherent good reason.
But the difference is these successful people don’t let one slip up derail their efforts. One slip doesn’t become one huge car crash. They just leave it in the past and continue upon their path to success.
Staying focused long term, being realistic and balanced as well as maintaining a healthy, balanced mindset means you ultimately cannot fail.
